GENERAL INQUIRIES
Q: Can you send me a catalog or flyer?
A: The Wedding Shop is available online only. While we have neither a paper catalog nor a physical store location, you can browse our full array of products and accessories on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please visit us anytime at: www.theknot.com/weddingshop. Sign up for discounts and product announcement emails at: www.theknot.com/email.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Items generally ship within 3 to 5 business days, beginning the day after you place an order. Personalized items take longer. Shipping date differs from arrival date, which also takes longer (see below). For your convenience, you may check the status of your order online anytime at: http://orders.theknot.com/cs.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order(s) within 24hrs business hrs of placing the order. After 24 hrs you cannot cancel and personalized items are non refundable. To ensure your order(s) will be cancelled please contact us by phone at 800-390-9784 Monday-Friday 5am to 8pm PST. We cannot guarantee your order(s) will be canceled in time if you request your order be cancelled via email.

Personalization changes and edits Policy

Any personalization changes must be requested by calling 800-390-9784 Monday-Friday 5am to 8pm PST within 24 business hrs of placing the order. We cannot guarantee your order(s) will be edited if you request your order be changed via email. Edits requested after 24 hrs will not be honored.

Q: How will my order be sent? And how long will it take to arrive?
A: Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Generally, orders take 7 to 10 business days for delivery. For an extra fee, you may also select UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day delivery. You may select the shipping option you prefer at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: UPS delivers on business days only. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, delivery options are 2nd Day Air and Next Day only. Please also note that personalized items require extra processing time, which varies and is stated for individual products. For example, cameras require 4 days for personalization before shipping. On the other hand, napkins, candy, and matchbooks require a full 10 business days for personalization before shipping.

Q: What does shipping cost?
A:
Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your package and will be displayed during the checkout process once a shipping address has been entered. To receive a shipping estimate via phone, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 390-9784.

Q: Do you ship orders outside of the US?
A:
We're sorry, but no. We ship throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico only. We can, however, ship to a third party. If you have a friend or relative in the States, you can have us ship your gifts to them and they, in turn, may reship the packages to you.

Q: Do you accept International Credit Cards and Billing Address?

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or APOs?

We're sorry, but no. We are not able to ship to PO or APO boxes or to Canadian addresses.

PRODUCT INQUIRIES
Q: How is chocolate shipped?
A: All chocolate favors ship in insulated packages year-round; ice packs are added during summer months. Between May 1 and September 30, all chocolate favors must ship UPS 2 Day Air or Overnight once the order has been processed (processing takes 5-7 business days). Please select express shipping at checkout. if you are ordering other items, we encourage you to place them on a separate order to reduce your shipping fees.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly urge you to select express shipping for chocolate favors at any time of year to ensure delivery within one business week. Chocolate favors that sit in delivery trucks for several days or over a weekend may melt – don’t take the risk! We expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for melted chocolate if express shipping methods are not selected.

Q: Can I purchase bubble bottles filled or empty?
A:
All our bubble containers come filled with bubble solution. We do not sell containers or bubble solution separately.

Q: Is there an expiration date on cameras?
A:
The expiration date on all cameras is a minimum of six months from the date of your order.

Q: What type of film is in your cameras?
A:
All cameras come with Agfa 400-speed film.

Q: Do cameras come with automatic flash?
A:
Please refer to individual cameras on our website for flash information.

While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service.
