THE PRICE IS RIGHT and WeddingChannel.com will give engaged couples the chance to win the ultimate wedding by throwing them, for the first time ever on THE PRICE IS RIGHT, an extravagant wedding shower, Monday, June 20 (11:00 AM-12:00 Noon, ET; 10:00-11:00 AM, PT) on the CBS Television Network. In the year’s largest wedding shower, the entire audience will be filled with engaged couples. THE PRICE IS RIGHT, in a unique partnership with WeddingChannel.com, will give away up to a quarter of a million dollar’s worth of prizes. Every couple called up on stage will receive an engagement present trip to St. Lucia, and one lucky couple will win the chance to play “Pay the Wedding,” a wedding version of “Pay the Rent,” in the hopes of winning $100,000. Couples also have a chance to win his and her wedding bands, bachelor and bachelorette parties in New York City and Miami, and several new cars.
Couples will bid on showcases that include the ultimate destination honeymoon to Cancun, a Mediterranean cruise to Italy and a safari in South Africa, top of the line household appliances and a Mini Cooper. In addition, Adam Gregory (“Thomas Forrester”) from “The Bold and the Beautiful,” will be on hand to give away his and her designer wedding attire.
